Portland, OR, is known as the micro-brewing capitol of the Great Northwest. There are so many wonderful brews that we can sample at any time, and can purchase in the grocery stores. We love that about our city.  Many people here also brew their own and love the process.

Besides being a lot of fun, home brewing is really quite easy and very cost effective. You can even get yourself started with brew kits. They taste great and introduce you to the basic equipment needed. You can also try an endless variety of ingredient kits.
