Install a Tip-out Drawer in Front of your Sink

This is going to be the next item on my 'honey-do' list for my hubby. I think this is such a great idea for an otherwise wasted storage space in the kitchen and the bathroom. It looks pretty easy to do, too. Maybe I will just tackle the project myself.
