recalling New York-Style Nova Lox, 4oz, Over the possibility of contamination by listeria
monocytogenes. This is an organism which can cause serious
infections in frail or elderly people, young children, and others with
weakened immune systems. If you are healthy you may only have minor symptoms such as fever,
abdominal pain, headaches, stiffness, nausea, and diarrhea, Listeria infection can also cause miscarriages
and stillbirths among pregnant woman.
