Creative Vase or Candle Holder

This is a neat and quick way to make a decorative vase or candle holder out of a plain glass vase - maybe a 'dollar stores' find. You can do all kinds of designs with it. Do any size vase that suits your purpose. It could even work on shaped vases. Just don't get paint on the inside if you are going to use it for candles.
