Crock Pot Char Siu Pork Roast ~Recipe
I love doing pork butt in the crock pot. I have done several different recipe combinations, and love them all. As with most recipes, especially in the crock pot, you can adjust the ingredients to your own tastes. This is a great winter dinner that you should try. It is as good as it looks! Add some crusty artisan bread of your choice, and dinner is complete!
