Dehydrator Using Solar Energy

Dehydrating off the grid? No problem! 

This might be difficult in the winter months here in Oregon but I do most of my dehydrating in the summer and fall. 

I wish I could find some plans for this but I think a do-it-yourself kind of person could figure out how to construct it or something similar?
