Curried Cauliflower Pickles ~ recipe

I love cauliflower and curry, but had never heard of them together as pickles. I am going to make these this winter. They sound amazing! There are so many great things that one can preserve or can during the winter. If you don't care for curry, just leave it out.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can make it in small batches.
