Mixed Dried Bean Soup ~ recipe
This is called a mixed 'bean' soup, but you could make up your own mix of dried legumes, split peas, Chick Peas, etc. Many grocery stores have the bulk area where you can get a good variety.
For those who are vegetarian, simply leave out the meat.
