Hungry for Change DVD, Book, Rental and Download Options

I watched this today and it really gives you a good prospective on how we eat and why. This DVD is right up there with Fat Sick & Nearly Dead but not just about juicing. The movie is so packed full of information that I will be watching this a few more times just to absorb everything in it. If you're like me and trying to live a healthier lifestyle then I highly recommend you add this to your DVD collection.

I haven't read the Hungry for Change book yet but I ordered it yesterday. Maybe once it arrives, I won't be so compelled to take notes while watching the DVD.
