We were unable to find a pattern out there in cyberland, so have come up with one that can work, or get you started thinking up your own pattern.
First make a paper pattern for the size and shape that you want. You need one pattern for the 2 backs/frames, one for the front, and one for the inside frame.
Use MDF (medium density fiberboard), put down your pattern and cut out your shapes for the door and the frame. You will then need to cut a hole in the back frame piece large enough to go around the outlet, and the front frame piece can be designed like in the photo. Get some tiny hinges to secure the door, and a tiny handle for it. I would fasten it to the wall with screws.
Paint the door whatever color you want. Using a black paint pen, or a tiny brush and some black paint, make the stripes on the door - inside and out and edges- all matching. If you like, you can paint the little heart or some other shape up near the top of the door too.
This is not where we generally put outlets in our homes in the USA. So, if you want to use this idea, put a little threshold or narrow porch piece at the bottom.
