Chicken Patties ~ recipe

For those who don't care for hamburger, here is a really tasty recipe for ground chicken patties. I have made these, but I don't use the hot peppers for ours. These grill up very nicely too if you don't want to fry them in the pan. Or, you can use a grilling pan like the one listed below in cast iron.
