Santa Strawberries - Recipe

These are simple to make and everyone loves them.

Recipe:

• 1 lb large strawberries
• 1 (8oz) package of light cream cheese
• 3 Tbs of powdered sugar (or other sweetener to taste)
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• Frosting pen or mini semi sweet chocolate chips for the eyes

Instructions:

1. Rinse strawberries cut  tops off (enough for the hats) Hallow out the strawberry with a paring knife.
2. Beat together, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. 
3. Add mixture to a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off. Fill the strawberries with the mixture.
4. Top with the hats and add the eyes, hat tops and buttons. I find that a tooth pick works well to dot the buttons on and the tip of a knife will work to top the hat.
5. Enjoy!
